I led the design of the integration of our first CVS API, appointment booking with MinuteClinic.

CTR of 3.98% in comparison to 0.1% average rate on pages launched.

Since this was a partnership 2 years in the making, this project had a solution without any clear user needs. Stepping back to understand potential problems provided alignment and helped identify the best places for contextual placement.
Creating the long term strategy
Utilizing generative research and prioritization from stakeholders, I worked with and facilitated conversations between BI, Business Development, and senior product partners to set up the next steps of the product. While development was delivering the MVP, I was working on the long term vision and the path to get there.
