Nissan Web Portal

The Nissan Web Portal is a tool for Nissan vehicle owners to use remote vehicle capabilities, set parental controls, and manage customer profile and subscription. We redesigned the site and overhauled the experience.

SOLUTION
Working with product, development, marketing, and Nissan, we created an experience to help customers get more out of their services. Our teams colocated to ensure pixel perfect designs for delivery.
With the map as the focal point, users are able to find their car's current location, map out directions, and create a geofence around a specific area.
Even though the site has launched, our work is not over. We continue to check analytics and run usability testing to optimize the user experience.
